The TTSPH Parts and Service Divisions provide valuable support and assistance to ensure efficient operation of the Parts and Service business delivery throughout the TTSPH Group.

Leading Brands include Toyota, Yamaha and Hino trucks and we pride ourselves on building long term relationships with our valued Customers based on our ability to provide a superior range of Genuine Toyota Parts and Accessories for our Toyota Brand. The same applies to our Yamaha Parts and Accessories and Hino Parts and Accessories.

Further to this we have long terms relationships with other suppliers also like TJM, Minecorp and YHI for the supply of a wide range of accessories.

Our Teams in Brisbane support our country operations Teams to provide professional support services to multiple Brand Customers with support extending to Body & Paint shops in all countries with Tyre and Battery offerings in all countries also.

Logistics and Distribution (L&D)

The Parts Logistics division manages order processing and distribution and involvement of Toyota, Yamaha, Hino, Daihatsu, TJM, YHI and Minecorp Products to our Distributors as well as shipping and distribution of various equipment and other general products.

Via an integrated network from website ordering to distribution through all processes of supply route ensuring effective supply chain management to support the Distributors, Dealers and ultimately the end user: our Valued Customer.

The TTSPH Customer Relations Department looks after the Communication with our Valued Customers across the Pacific Region. As we engage with critical Customers Touch Points through our interaction with Customers daily, our CRM Teams in each country facilitate the contact with our Customers and TTSPH CRM coordinates activities and measurements using the global best practise of the Net Promotor Scoring to measure and improve our Customer interaction. Customer Retention and Growth is a core Value for our organization and we pride ourselves in our Customer Relations activities across the region.
